Terms and other information that is important:
      Saving images from my website for your own personal enjoyment is welcomed, as long as you do not make any money what-so-ever from doing so. Using my images for your desktop, to share with friends, and to refer others to my site is graciously appreciated. You may use my artwork to practice drawing and learning as an artist. Under no condition are those works to be reposted or published or sold anywhere, but you may keep it for yourself and continue to learn. My artwork may be used on a website to educate or to inform others about herpetology, but only with my written permission. It is important to check with me before using an image, as in certain cases characters or ideas used may belong to other people or artists.
       To reiterate, if you wish to use my images as a part of website, forum signature, avatar, icon you must obtain my written permission. I will not allow editing, cropping, or resizing of my images! I will be especially angry if my watermark is removed or any edited version shows up on the internet being claimed by anyone but myself. I may request that an image of mine be removed from your website, user icon, forum signature, etc even if permission was previously obtained. I am not a mean person and such a request from me would only be a worst case scenario. This is just for my protection as an artist and at most you will receive a simple request to stop using an image. If you really like my work, link directly to my website or send me an e-mail and I will likely respond positively.
     If you see my work used on someone else’s site, please contact me and only me. Some folks may not be aware they should have my permission, in these cases I ask you only contact me so that I can respond appropriately and politely as needed. I will not tolerate bullying from my fans toward anyone; only I am allowed to fight my own battles. At worst I will respond to violators with direct letters of request to cease and desist. Should these requests be ignored I will respond with full legal action. I do not mess around; this business is how I pay for lunches and tuition. I would like to avoid becoming a starving artist. So help this grad student out and share my work by directing folks to my website and purchasing prints of artwork you really enjoy!
     If folks kindly follow my terms I can continue to submit my work online for your unlimited enjoyment.
      ANY USE OF WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. AT NO TIME IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO RESELL MY ART IN ANY FORM (i.e. prints, on merchandise, or services). AT NO TIME IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO CROP OR ALTER MY ARTWORK. AT NO TIME IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO REPOST MY ART UNDER ANY NAME BUT MY OWN.
      Reselling my artwork in any form without my permission will be met with legal action. Artwork may not be reposted, redistributed, or republished via any means, including electronically (DO NOT use it on your website or as a forum signature, etc) WITHOUT written permission. You may contact me via e-mail: jjtschampa@gmail.com for permission. At no time can I be responsible for the content of any webpage that displays my artwork. I reserve full rights to request that my artwork be removed from any page at any time, even if permission has been previously granted.
    All characters within these pages are the intellectual property of their creators.

More or less, nothing on this site belongs to you (unless you've purchased the rights to it) SO DON'T TAKE IT! I will fight to the fullest extent of the law. I have done so in the past and won't hesitate to do so again. I am very serious about persecuting violations- you should be serious about not committing them. If you take something from a neighbor without their permission, that is called stealing, taking from my business is exactly that, stealing!
